ASAP Lottery

NEW Families to Ashford Park
The After School @Ashford Park (ASAP) program Lottery Registration Form is open. You must be fully registered for school by July 1st to apply for the lottery.
If interested, please take a moment to click on the link below and complete the application for your family. Kindly note that only one application should be submitted per family.

A quick reminder: ASAP Lottery #2 is specifically designated for families who will have a NEW student(s) at Ashford Park. If you were waitlisted during Lottery #1, rest assured, you will automatically be included in Lottery #2, and there is no need to fill out another application.

Here are the key dates for ASAP Lottery #2:
- Deadline for completing the lottery application: July 5, 2024, by 5:00 pm. Please note that late applications will not be accepted.
- Lottery drawing: July 9, 2024.
- Notification of lottery results: July 12, 2024. Results will be emailed to each family.
- Deadline to accept a spot if your child is selected: July 26, 2024.
Please remember that to be considered in the lottery, your student must be registered by July 1st.
